Abstract

It is substantiated capacity of the pick-and-place electricized device which is used for transportation of cargoes in weight up to 1000 kg on a technological corridor in greenhouses. The design power scheme of the unit is given. The moment on the motor shaft depends on the sum of the moments from the acting forces: traction forces, sliding frictional forces, rolling resistance forces and other additional  forces. Taking into account the requirements of traffic safety the engine’s power depends on the weight of the cargo, the gear ratio and operating conditions: the coefficient of traction of the wheels with the surface, the coefficient of sliding friction in the bearings, and the pressure in the tires of the wheels.
