Conditions and labor protection in greenhouse facilities of the agro-industrial complex and modern ways to improve them

Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of labor protection at protected ground enterprises and suggests ways to solve them. It is proposed to solve the problem of professional risk management by using the model of the author's automated system, which allows assessing the level of professional risks of employees of enterprises. The automated system model contains a hazard identification unit, a professional risk analysis and assessment unit, and an occupational risk management unit. The calculation of the occupational risk value is based on the information entered in the databases and depends on the state of health, length of service, age, qualifications of employees, compliance with labor safety requirements by a particular employee, as well as the risk category for industrial hazards identified at the workplace. The introduction of an occupational risk assessment system allows not only seeing possible risks, but also to accurately calculate their level, developing preventive measures to manage identified risks, increasing the efficiency of the labor protection management system. The need for regular replacement of glass coverings of greenhouses actualizes the problem of injury to workers, which is proposed to be solved by using the author's method and device to ensure safety during the maintenance and repair of glass openings of inclined roofs of greenhouses. The proposed solution will make it possible to carry out work inside the greenhouse, reducing the risk of workers falling, eliminating the possibility of injury due to falling glass, as well as reducing the maintenance time for one frame by 5–7 times.
