Abstract

The following thesis presents the data on violation of land in Saratov region landfills and solid waste landfills. Here was specified the direction of reducing the negative impact of wastes on the ecological conditions of territories, in particular a dual system of collection and recycling of waste, burning of solid waste incinerators, a significant reduction in landfills in the mandatory reclamation under them and the construction of landfills. Here was justified the importance of rational allocation, safe operation, reduce the risk of the negative impact of dumps and landfills on the ecological situation in the region is the development and implementation of GIS-monitoring of land disturbed and subject to violation as a result of storing solid waste. The principles of its creation and maintenance, the main of which are: the principle of hierarchy and complementarity, binding, temporal dynamics, complexity and geopotential.
