FORECAST PROSPECTS OF THE NUMBER OF THE YOUTH GROUP OT THE RURAL POPULATION OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The paper presents the results of the variative scenario forecast of the number of the rural population of the Russian Federation aged 15-19 years. In the medium term (until 2030), the number of this age group is largely due to the prevailing age structure of the rural population in 2015, taken for the reference, as well as the intensity of the migration outflow of youth from the countryside. Further dynamics will be determined by the possible variants of the demographic development of the countryside, taking into account both the prevailing trends of the basic demographic parameters and the measures of the active public demographic policy. The paper also assesses the strategic socio-economic risks of the projected changes in the number of the youth group of the rural population of the Russian Federation.
