Abstract

When analyzing work process of mill material outflow (sunflower hulls, buckwheat hulls, millet) from tank neck it was revealed a number of problems that reduce the efficiency of the supply of materials to the working bodies of hammer chopper. The main ones are: irregular outflow of mill material, arching, “dead” zones in the tank, the formation of the median flow and fluctuation of performance.
