Abstract

The results of a study on the effectiveness of the imunocorum preparation in the complex prevention of metabolic liver disorders in young cattle are presented. It has been established that the application of imunocorum at a dose of 1% to the dry matter of the diet for 15 days to 3-4 month-old calves with a clinical manifestation of functional liver disorders and reduced overall nonspecific resistance and immunobiological reactivity provides a pronounced hepatotropic effect combined with a stimulating effect on the immunocompetent systems of the body. Its application allows improving the morphological and biochemical parameters of blood, increasing the level of red blood cells by 9.2%, hemoglobin - by 11.9%, total protein - by 11.4%, while reducing the concentration of ?-globulins by 13.3%, ALT - by 36%, ASAT - by 30.6%. Simultaneously, imunocorum has a positive effect on the level of natural resistance of the calves, increasing the bactericidal activity of serum (BAS) by 55.4%, lysozyme activity of blood serum (LASK) by 41.0%, and the increase in T-lymphocytes by 61.1%, JgG - by 29.9%. Its purpose has a beneficial effect on the clinical and physiological status of calves, stimulating their growth and development.
