MEAT QUALITIES OF PIGS WHEN USING THE EXTRACT of DUODENAL ULCER AND PROBIOTICS

Abstract

It has been studied the complex action of intestinal hormones and probiotics “Vetom 1.1” and “Bifidobakterin” on the productivity of pigs. The application of the extract of in-testinal secretory apparatus and probiotics “Vetom 1.1” and “Bifidobakterin” promoted more efficient consumption of food, reduction the cost of pork production and improvement its quality characteristics. It is found out that the meat quality of carcasses, and or-ganoleptic characteristics of meat samples were the best in pork got from animals treated with these preparations. Physicochemical indicators were the best in pork got from, which was fed with extract of the duodenum in doses of 30-50 ml and probiotic “Bifidobakterin” indoses of 0.1-0.2 g, depending on the age.
