GOLD-VALUE RESOURCES AS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR OF INDUSTRIALIZATION AND COLLECTIVIZATION IN THE SOVIET STATE (LATE 1920'S - EARLY 1930'S)

Abstract

The situation of restoration of gold and foreign exchange resources, development and improvement of the gold mining industry of the Soviet Union during the years of industrialization and collectivization is analyzed. The results of the work of companies mining precious metals in the years of industrialization and collectivization are compared, the development tendencies and ways of stimulating the work of artisan artels, mines and mines are determined. The systematic  increase in the volumes of mining precious metals, directed both to internal development (industrialization  and “cooperation” of agriculture), and to external markets of the West is demonstrated. Additional sources of coverage of gold and foreign exchange resources at their shortage are revealed.
